Stir until scrambled. Cook through, but do not overcook the eggs.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Spoon the hot eggs into a blender. Add the cheese and sour cream and blend until smooth and creamy. Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Roast the asparagus in olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. Add salt and pepper, remove from frying pan for now, and set aside.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Saut\u00e9 the butter in the frying pan until it is golden brown and has a nutty smell. Remove from heat, let cool, and add the lemon juice.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Put the asparagus back into the frying pan and stir together with the butter until it gets hot.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Serve the asparagus with the saut\u00e9ed butter and the creamy eggs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"title wp-block-heading\">Additional Tips<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Explore your side dish options!
